Legal Documents for Attendees

Coaches and students may be required to submit various legal documents in order to be able to attend Code Quest and/or Lockheed Martin CYBERQUEST events. Typically, these include liability waivers and photo releases, but specific documents may vary from site to site. Documents required for each site can be downloaded from the list below.

A signed copy of each document required for a site must be submitted prior to the date of the event in order for a coach or student to attend. For students below the age of 18 (or the age of majority in the respective country), a parent or other legal guardian must sign the document in their stead. All submitted documents are subject to review and approval by our registration team.
